You have a $150.00 registration fee (per family) and uniform depending on what program you sign up for.

We offer 10%off for law enforcement classes.

Yes. The more members you have, the deeper the discount per member.

Drop in fees are $50.00 per class. Uniform or gear rental is $25.00 per class.

No, this is a common misconception. You do not need to be “in shape” before starting your training. Use jiu-jitsu as your way to get in shape.

Standard athletic clothing like shorts, leggings, and a fitted t-shirt are appropriate. It’s recommended to wear a sports bra or compression top. The academy will provide you with a kimono uniform for your first class. No metal, jewelry, layers, or hats in training.

Every individual has unique needs and interests in different classes. A general rule of thumb is 2-3 times a week for a good balance.

Any child who is able to focus and follow instructions is recommended to begin at any age upon parents’ approval. Kids between the age of 3-5 is typically a good starting point.

Yes. It is recommended children spend at least 3-6 months training before their first competition.

Age, size, and maturity level will all play a role in transitioning from the kids’ program into the adults. Generally speaking, children will start to transition between the ages of 13-15.
