I’ve really been enjoying training here.It’s a great mix of solid coaching and a good vibe. Professor Andrea and Lucas explain things in a way that actually clicks, and Coach Chad’s Muay Thai classes always push me but still keep it fun. Under the guidance of the exceptional professors at Carlson Gracie, I’ve learned valuable new techniques while developing greater discipline, confidence, and personal growth that continues to deepen over time. If you’re looking to learn something different in life or pick up a new hobby you’ve never tried before, I highly recommend jiu-jitsu and specifically this school. Carlson Gracie is the best place to train and has world class instructors. They were very welcoming to me when I came to the gym to try it out and had no experience, I ended up signing up soon after. Professor Andre, Lucas, and Gary create the perfect mix of styles that connects with every and any kind of person. I started training after I graduated college and was recovering from a knee injury. I can’t even begin to describe the impact Jiu Jitsu has had on my life and I can’t imagine training somewhere else. Carlson Gracie is the perfect place to train because there is an incredibly diverse group of people and it doesn’t matter if you want to compete in BJJ or if you just need a new hobby, Jiu Jitsu is the thing to do and Carlson Gracie is the place to be.

Carlson Gracie is an amazing gym. They take care of their people and it is where I found community when I really needed it! Starting a new activity like jiu jitsu in my late 20s early 30s was not what I had planned but I couldn’t imagine not doing it. I get pushed mentally and physically and have met some great people along the way. I cannot recommend this gym enough.
